Miñoza fires 70, finishes joint 16th

YANGON, Myanmar Filipino Frankie Miñoza shot a two-under-par 70 and finished joint 16th behind winner Thongchai Jaidee of Thailand after the final round of the $200,000 Myanmar Open Sunday.
Miñoza finished the four-round event with 287, in a tie with Rick Gibson of Canada and Craig Kamps.
Danny Zarate had an even-par 72 and was one shot behind Miñoza with a 288.
Jaidee fired his third under-par round, a 69, to take a three-stroke victory with a 12-under-par 276. Second was Andrew Pitts of the US with 279, while Unho Park of Australia, who had a day best 67, was third with 281.(With AFP reports)
