Biraogo, Cay, Papa rule Berroya Cup shootfest

Lyndon Biraogo, Matthew Cay and Rico Papa ruled their respective divisions in the recent Reynaldo Berroya Cup shooting competition held at the Camp Karingal range in Quezon City.
Biraogo ruled the Standard division while Cay and Papa ran away with top honors in the Open and Modified divisions, respectively. Other winners in the event, which drew a record number 345 participants, were Rommel Cabungcal (production) and Ronald Sadarangani (revolver).
Meanwhile, Rep. Nanette Daza, columnist Ramon Tulfo, shooting champion Jethro Dionisio, Mandaluyong Mayor Benhur Abalos and Berroya graced the opening ceremonies of the event organized by the "Battle of 7 Group," an association of gun clubs based in Camp Karingal which compete against each other monthly at the QC range.
