Philippine School of Business Administration Jaguars stayed alive for a quarterfinals berth in the 10th National Capital Region Athletic Association (NCRAA) mens basketball tournament after a thrilling 54-53 win over San Sebastian-Cavite at the Blue Eagle gym yesterday.
Vincent Libardo scored the winning basket for the Jaguars with a strong drive to the hoop with 18 seconds left.
Their fifth win in seven games enabled the Jaguars to bounce back from a heartbreaking 79-81 loss to Emilio Aguinaldo College Generals three days ago.
They likewise kept solo second spot in Group A of the meet sponsored by Airfreight 2100, Villa de Oro Boracay and www.universitybelt.com/ncraa, just behind unbeaten defending champion St. Francis.
