Rich prizes staked in Metro East tenpin bowling invitational

Juicy prizes are up for grabs in the ongoing second METBC (Metro East Tenpin Bowling Club) Invitational Classic at the Q Plaza Bowling Center along Felix Ave., Cainta.
Prizes include P80,000 for the champion, P30,000 for the runner-up and P15,000 for the third-placer plus trophies. There will also be a P50,000 prize and a ring for the perfect-game scorer.
Bowlers (men and ladies) with verified PBC or club average of 189 and below are eligible to join the eight-game qualifying stage from Nov. 16-30. Handicaps will be given to both men and ladies, depending on the bracket where they belong. The handicaps range from 0-20 for men and 8-28 for ladies.

The top 64 in the qualifying round will advance to the semifinals, where eight slots are automatically allotted to lady bowlers.
