Casino, Blu complete cast

Casino Rubbing Alcohol and Blu All Purpose completed the crossover semifinals cast following rousing victory over separate rivals yesterday in the PBL-CBF Dual Meet at the Pasig Sports Center.

Ronald Paraiso topped with 14 points while four others — Raul Redulosa, Ranulfo Abo, Chris Guerrero and Ruel Buenaventura — added 10 apiece as Casino Rubbing Alcohol put cold water on GMC-Tortillos fiery fourth quarter rally to eke out 79-66 victory.

Aries Dimaunahan, Eric dela Cuesta, Arnold Calo and Allan Gamboa blew hot in the final half for the break away that ousted Montaña Jewels from contention, 97-90.

Mike Garcia scattered 10 points in the third quarter alone as he joined hands with Arnold Calo and Dimaunahan to lift the Detergent Kings from a 52-all halftime deadlock to a 79-67 third quarter lead and controlled the match from there on.

The crossover semi-finals will aired lived over NBN-4 tomorrow and Monday from 2-6 p.m.

But Casino got its acts together and held the rivals scoreless in the stretch. Baskets by Glen Yuson and Buenaventura sealed the final tally.
