Joint venture partners Sta. Lucia Realty and Development Corp. and Fil-Estate Properties Inc. recently inaugurated the golf clubhouse of their Caliraya Springs Golf and Country Club project in Cavinti, Laguna.
Situated near the serene man-made Caliraya Lake, the Spanish-Mediterranean inspired golf clubhouse, complete with barrel tile flooring, stucco facade and arched openings, will have all the essentials for a fantastic golfing experience for every player.
Among the first-class amenities the golf clubhouse offers are fine elegant dining facilities, bars and lounges; mens and womens locker- rooms with spa, sauna and showers; a pro shop; registration and information area; spacious banquet room and main hall; golf cart and bag storage room; and caddy facilities.
The golf clubhouse will also give the golfers and guests a splendid scenic view of the golf course and Lake Caliraya and the planned Country Club.
"With a climate 5 to 10 degrees cooler than Manila, it is a perfect place to unwind after a challenging game. It has everything tailor-fit for the relaxing golf aficionados," Fil-Estate Properties Inc. vice chairman Noel "Toti" Cariño said.
Sta. Lucia Realty CEO and president Exequiel Robles, meanwhile, said that currently undergoing construction are two world-class golf courses designed by golf legends Arnold Palmer (Lakeside Course) and Graham Marsh (Upland Falls Course).
Atlanta Land Development Corp. is the landowner of the 310-hectare leisure hub located about 85 kms. south of Manila or approximately two hours normal driving from Manila. Exclusive marketer of the projects is the Fil-Estate Group of Marketing Companies.
