San Lorenzo, Urdaneta, San Miguel triumph

San Lorenzo Village, Urdaneta-Forbes and San Miguel Village teams emerged the champions in the Binatilyo, Bulilit and Mini-Midget categories, respectively, in the recently concluded Makati Inter-Village basketball tournament held at the Bel-Air covered court in Makati City.
San Lorenzo Binatilyo squad defeated Magallanes Village, 86-73, to win the title and with its own player, William Jhonston getting the MVP. San Lorenzos Bridge Sibug was chosen the best coach in the same category.
It was the combined Urdaneta-Forbes Park team that won the Bulilit title with its own Mikael Daez getting the MVP trophy. Bryan Yap Kian Wee was the best coach.
The most well-attended Mini-Midget tournament saw the San Miguel Village team winning over the Palm Village in the championship match. Martin Pascual was voted the MVP and his coach in the San Miguel Village team, Armand Favis, getting the best coach award in their category.
San Miguel Village and Urdanet-Forbes Park teams placed third and fourth, respectively, in the Binatilyo tournament. In the Bulilit category, San Lorenzo Village was the runner-up, with Magallanes and San Miguel Villages in the third and fourth places, respectively. San Lorenzo Village was in third while Bel-Air Village was in fourth in the Mini Midget level.
