Top F-3 drivers in Macau GPrix

-
The Macau Special Administrative Region (MSAR) will stage the 48th Macau Grand Prix, the most prestigious motor sports event in Southeast Asia, on Nov. 17-18 featuring the FIA Formula 3 Intercontinental Cup.

The Macau GP will gather the world’s leading F3 drivers for the coveted crown with the Guia Race, pitting Asia’s best against the world’s leading "tin top" drivers, providing the sidelights to the blue-ribbon event.

Highlighting the event is the staging of the 35th Motorcycle Grand Prix, a two-wheel race featuring Grand Prix and Street Specialist superstars Kevin Schwantz, Carl Fogarty, Didier the Radigues and Ron Haslam.

The Macau Grand Prix will jolt the racing world with the participation of more than 300 racing drivers and riders from all over the world. Thousands of motor sports fans worldwide are expected to turn up for the world’s only street circuit race meeting that features both car and motorcycle race.

Some 30 national championship drivers will compete in the Grand Prix, which produced winners such as Ayrton Senna (1983) for the first F3 run, F1 world champion Michael Schumacher (1990), F1 grand slammer David Coulthard (1991), Jenson Button and three-time Macau Grand Prix competitor Alex Yoong.
