Sengson paces Boysen bowl

-
Manoy Sengson of TBAM/PRIMA and two more bets from different clubs came out with sterling performances as action shifted to higher gear on Wednesday in the 20th PBA-Boysen Open at the Green Valley Bowling Center in Pasig City.

Sengson showed the way in the men’s Class A singles event with 1006 that likewise shoved him on top of the qualifying events for the Masters finals and rolled 2349 to pace the all events race of this event sponsored by Boysen Paints, 3D Industries, Hyjet Bidet, Ultracote and MOS-Seal Contractors.

He then teamed up with Mike Crisol and Tyrone Ongpauco in carding 1988 in the Class A team event.

Steward Chua of Bowlmart Manila and Fr. Benny Tuazon of host Pasig Bowling Association joined Sengson in the limelight as Chua rolled a perfect game (300) on lanes 7 and 8 and the latter coming up with a high game of 299. The new leaders in the various divisions and their respective scores are Paulo Valdez and Richie Poblete of TBAM in the Class O doubles (1394) and Enzo Cruz-Ezzie Gan of Prima in Class A (1343); Evonne Chiu of PBAP-Bowlmart in the ladies Class A all events (2036); John Tingson, Roland Salariosa and Mon Leon of PBA in the men’s Class B team event (1912); and the TBAM trio of Jewel Co, Ava Glavan and Darlene Tanafranca in the ladies Class B team event (1678).
