The areas with minimal destruction are: St Paul's Hospital; Calanipawan/ VnG Talipapa; Kassel City Subdivision; Apitong; Abucay (except structures of light materials); VnG Phase 5; San Gerardo Heights: Angelicum; Fatima (except seaside Fatima but with survivors); and Robinsons area (with flooding at back area (for further verification).
