Earth Identity Project, a non-profit group from Japan, in collaboration with the City Tourism Office, LOOOP and Kokonats, organized the event. The Japanese organizers were led by Eleanor Fukuda and Kyoko Nishimoto.
Fukuda decided to include the children of Bacolod in the “Biggest Painting in the World†in recognition of the consistent performance of the city in the search for the “Most Business Friendly City in the Philippines†for many years now.
