Eastern Samar mayor kwan Vies for congress seat

BORONGAN CITY , Philippines  — Thousands of residents from various towns in Eastern Samar province joined the walk from Brgy. Pagbabangnan of this capital city to the Comelec provincial office where Guiuan town Mayor Annaliza Gonzales-Kwan filed her CoC for a congressional seat. Others who filed their CoCs were reelectionist Gov. Conrado Nicart Jr., Emmanuel Tiusongco for vice governor and Jonas Abunda, Gregorio Cabacaba, Joey Sison, Nestor Cablao and Esteban Sabulao Jr for Provincial Board seats.  (FREEMAN)
