Cop accused of stealing women's underwear

- Danny B. Dangcalan -

BACOLOD CITY, Philippines  — A policeman here is facing theft charges for allegedly stealing P10,000 worth of underwear owned by three ladies.

The policeman, whose identity is being withheld by the police, was reportedly caught by the three ladies washing their undergarments in a nearby faucet.

In a report of Aksyon Radyo, the ladies, aged 23, 24, and 28, all residents of the city, said they could not find some of their bras and panties, but when they looked around, they saw the policeman washing their underwear in a nearby faucet.

The women reported the matter to Police Station 2. When PO2 Randy Abello apprehended the suspect, the latter denied the accusations.

The women however insisted that the undergarments were theirs as they even saw some of the panties embroidered with their initials. One of them insisted that the policeman was wearing her own panty when they caught him.  (FREEMAN)
