P50,000 napulot isinauli ng sundalo

MANILA, Philippines - Isa pang sundalo ang nagpakita ng katapatan matapos na isauli ang napulot nitong P 50,000 na pag-aari ng pari sa Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental kamakalawa.

Kinilala ni Army’s 3rd Infantry Division spokesman Captain Reylan Java ang sundalo na si Corporal Fernando Samperoy ng 47th Infantry Battalion.

Lumilitaw na nagmomotorsiklo si Samperoy palabas sa parking area ng Kabankalan City Cathedral nang matagpuan ang abandonadong bag.

“I searched inside the bag hoping to of find any identification that will lead me to the name and address of whoever owns it but I found nothing,” pahayag ni Samperoy.

Dito na ibinigay ni Samperoy ang napulot na bag kay Fr. Recon Dagunan, parochial vicar ng nasabing lungsod.

Natukoy naman na ang bag ay pag-aari ni Rev. Father Leopoldo Cahilig, kura paroko ng Isabela, Negros Occidental.

Noong Pebrero lamang ay dalawang sundalo ng 32th Division Reconnissance Company ng Army’s 3rd Infantry Division ang nagsauli ng bag na naglalaman ng P 90,000 na nahukay ng mga ito sa retrieval site sa  Brgy. Solongon, La Libertad, Negros Oriental.
