EO sa National Cyber Security Plan, inaprub ni Marcos
MANILA, Philippines — Aprubado na ni Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr. ang Executive Order (EO) No. 58 o ang pag adopt sa National Cyber Security Plan (NCSP) 2023-2028 ng Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT).
Sa dalawang pahinang EO nakasaad dito na palalakasin ang security at resilience ng cybersecurity ng bansa sa ilalim ng Philippine Development Plan 2023-2028.
“The NCSP 2023-2028 is hereby adopted as the whole-of-nation roadmap for the integrated development and strategic direction of the country’s cybersecurity,” nakasaad sa EO na nilagdaan ni Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin noong April 4.
Nakasaad pa sa ilalim ng Section 15 ng Republic Act. 10844 o DICT Act of 2015, na bubuo ang departmento ng NCSP 2023-2028, na bumabalangkas sa policy direction at operational guidelines tungko sa trusted, secured, at resilient cyberspace sa bawat Filipino.
Ipinag-uutos din ng EO sa lahat ng kinauukulang ahensiya ng gobyerno at local government units (LGUs) na suportahan at makipagtulungan para maging magtagumpay ang implementasyon nito.
