DTI pinuri ang BOC
MANILA, Philippines - Bunsod ng mga sunod-sunod na accomplishment at pagkakakumpiska ng mahigit sa isang bilyong mga pekeng produkto sa nakalipas na 11 buwan kaya pinuri ng pamunuan ng Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) ang tanggapan ng Bureau of Customs (BOC).
Ayon kay Atty. Ricardo R. Blancaflor, director general ng National Committee on Intellectual Property Rights (NCIPR) ng DTI, umaabot aniya sa P1-bilyon ang nasamsam na counterfeit goods ng BOC sa pamumuno ni Commissioner Ruffy Biazon at itinuturing nila na pinakamalaking rekord.
“The performance of BOC as of November 30, 2012 is 22.05% of the total confiscation of the NCIPR (P4,988,645,292.00)”, ani Blancaflor.
“In this regard, we would like to commend the officials and personnel of the Intellectual Property Unit of the Bureau of Customs (IPU-BOC) for this excellent performance”, dagdag pa Blancaflor. Kung saan pinuri ng naturang opisyal ang ginawang pamumuno ni Biazon sa BOC.
