We allow one import per team just to add excitement and test the competitive level of our young players,” ani NYBL founder at organizer Fernando ‘Butz’ Arimado sa Tabloids Organization in Philippine Sports, Inc. (TOPS) ‘Usapang Sports’ kahapon sa PSC Conference Room sa Rizal Memorial Sports Complex.
