Wall sinapawan si Rose sa panalo ng Wizards sa Bulls

Tinalo ni John Wall ang dalawa sa mga top point guards sa NBA.

Nagtala si Wall ng 16 points at 12 assists para pa­siklaban si Rose sa 102-86 panalo ng Wa­shington Wizards kontra sa Chicago Bulls.

Tinapos ng lider sa All-Star votes sa hanay ng mga Eastern Confe­rence guards ang kanyang 0-5 record kay Rose.

Nauna nang wina­kasan ni Wall ang kanyang 0-6 kamalasan sa ka­nilang one-on-one ni Paul sa tagumpay ng Wi­zards laban sa Los An­geles Clippers.

“Didn’t I finally beat Chris and Derrick this year?” nakangiting wika ni Wall. “It’s a good year. It’s a good start. It’s finally good to beat them.”

Si Rose ay ang No. 1 overall pick ng NBA draft noong 2008, habang si Wall ang top selection noong 2010.

Tinalo ng Wi­zards ang Bulls, 3-2, sa kanilang first-round play­off series noong nakaraang taon kung saan hin­di nakapaglaro si Rose dahil sa kanyang knee surgery.

“You can tell he worked on his game,” ani Rose kay Wall. “Tonight, they jumped on us. It wasn’t about the matchup, I would say. They jumped on us pretty quick from the beginning.”

Naimintis ng Bulls ang 20 sa una nilang 24 shots at tinambakan ng Wizards, 30-10, sa first quarter.

Tumapos si Rose na may 19 points mula sa kanyang 8-for-19 field­goal shooting.

Umiskor si Danny Green ng 20 points para pangunahan ang Spurs.

Umiskor ang San Antonio ng season-high na 41 points sa final quarter laban sa Phoenix.
