“With the lessons learned from the Covid pandemic, we are better equipped and prepared to tackle the challenges mpox may bring us. We will pool our resources and coordinate actively with the Department of Health (DOH) to help prevent the spread of the disease. The Red Cross continues to advocate for the protection of all,” ayon kay Gordon.
“We ask the public to learn more about mpox, keep up to date on the news, and be vigilant in case more cases develop in the country,” aniya pa.
“We encourage people who may experience some of the symptoms to undergo medical checkups and testing. This is crucial so they can get proper treatment as soon as possible,” ani Pang.
