MANILA, Philippines — Isinampa na ng National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) sa Department of Justice (DOJ) ang reklamong falsification at mga paglabag sa Anti-Dummy Law laban kay dismissed Bamban Mayor Alice Guo at 4 na miyembro ng kanyang pamilya.

Ayon kay NBI spokesperson Ferdinand Lavin, kasamang inireklamo ang mga magulang na sina Jiang Zhong Guo at Lin Wenyi, at mga kapatid na sina Shiela at Siemen Guo.

“They misrepresented themselves as Filipino citizens when the NBI was able to sufficiently establish that they are Chinese citizens,” ani Lavin.

Sinabi pa ni Lavin na bukod pa ito sa kinakaharap ng pamilya Guo na 7 counts of falsification for misrepresentations sa kanilang Securities and Exchange Commission Incorporation papers.

Nakakuha ang NBI ng certifications mula sa isang barangay sa Bulacan na nagsabing hindi kailanman nanirahan ang pamilya Guo sa kanilang lugar.
