“We are hoping Congress will take action on our request for an inquiry, and take pity on the students who are being dislocated with this arrangement,” paliwanag pa ni Alcantara.
“Our desire to return to our old school remains. It is a historical landmark of Bayambang, being more than a hundred years now. We are hoping for your speedy action on the matter to ease the burden of the students, teachers, parents, and residents of Bayambang,” dagdag pa ng PTA.
“We urge the municipal council to abrogate the land swap deal not only for being grossly disadvantageous to the local government, but also for being prejudicial to public interest, particularly the students of Bayambang,” giit pa ni Alcantara.
“To be honest, we have nowhere to go because our old school is still padlocked because of the temporary restraining order. But we are more than willing to leave. If we have to hold classes under trees or in tents, we will gladly do so. Just give us back our old school,” sabi pa ni Alcantara.
