Nakasaad sa text message ni Supreme Court Public Information Office chief at spokesman Theodore Te sa mga reporters na, “As per acting (Chief Justice Presbitero) Velasco, work in all courts tomorrow oct 31 will be only until 12 noon.â€
Kasalukuyang nasa two-week recess ang SC dahil nasa 15th ConfeÂrence of Chief Justices in Asia and the Pacific sa Singapore si Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno.
Una nang nilinaw ng Malacañang na ang Oct. 31 ay hindi holiday habang ang All Saints’ Day, November 1 (Friday) at All Souls’ Day, Nov. 2 (Saturday) ay special non-working days.
