Plunder isinampa vs. Napoles, 5 senador

MANILA, Philippines – Inireklamo ng dalawang miyembro ng public safety group sina Janet Lim-Napoles, limang senador at 23 kongresista dahil sa umano’y maling paggamit ng Project Development Assistance Fund (PDAF).

Nagsampa ng kasong plunder ngayong Biyernes ang dalawang abogado na sina Jose Malvar Villegas at Carlo Batalla sa Ombudsman labang kina Napoles at mga senador na sina Juan Ponce Enrile, Ramon Revilla Jr., Ferdinand Marcos Jr., Jinggoy Estrada and Gregorio Honasan, at dating Muntinlupa City representative na ngayo’y Customs Commissioner Ruffy Biazon.

Sinabi rin ni Villegas na sangkot din sa pork barrel scam sina Technical Education and Skills Development director Joel Villanueva, Manila Rep. Amado Bagatsing, La Union Rep. Victor Ortega at Cagayan de Oro Rep. Rufus Rodriguez.

Inihain nina Villegas at Batalla ang reklamo kasabay ng gumugulong na parallel investigation ng Ombudsman, Senate Blue Ribbon Committee at National Bureau of Investigation.

Kasalukuyang nakakulong ngayon si Napoles sa Fort Sto. Domingo para sa kasong serious illegal detention na isinampa ng whistleblower na si Benhur Luy.

Samantala, sinabi ni Justice Secretary Leila de Lima na sasampahan na sa Lunes si Napoles at ilang mambabatas na umano’y sangkot sa pork barrel scam.
