Maisasagawa ang varun mudra sa pamamagitan ng pagdidikit ng tips ng hinlalaki at hinliliit. Panatilihin ang daliri sa ganitong posisyon ng 45 minutes per day or 15 minutes each morning, afternoon at evening. Mapapagaling ng varun mudra ang constipation, indigestion, psoriasis, eczema, osteo arthritis.
