Mark, first time magiging hari

Excited na si Mark Bautista sa pagganap niya bilang prince ni Rapunzel sa Philippine production ng musical na Into The Woods ng Theatre Group Asia (TGA) kunsaan kabilang sa cast sina Lea Salonga, Nic Chien, Eugene Domingo, Nyoy Volante at marami pang iba.

“I’ve never played the role of a prince before, so this is going to be exciting for me. Falling in love with a princess is quite interesting as well. It’s a musical with so many intriguing characters and loads of references and elements in the story,” sey ni Mark sa kanyang feature sa Vogue Philippines.

Hindi bago sa musical theater si Mark dahil lumabas na siya sa local productions ng The Full Monty, Noli Me Tangere, Bituing Walang Ningning at sa London and Seattle production ng Here Lies Love.

Benjamin, may pangako sa asawa

Nag-celebrate ng six-year anniversary ng kanilang relationship ang mag-asawang Benjamin Alves at Chelsea Robato.

Bago sila kinasal noong January 2024, five years silang may relasyon as boyfriend-girlfriend.

Sa kanyang Instagram, pinost ni Benjamin ang kanyang kilig message para kay Chelsea.

Inamin ng Akusada star na siya ang tipo na hindi masyado romantic at hindi nakakaalala ng ilang important dates sa relationship nila. Pero nangako siyang magbibigay ng extra effort na gawin ang mga iyon.

“But I promise to do better. I will hold your hand a little tighter. Hug you a little longer. Listen better; slower to anger. And just try to be the man you deserve. I hope you allow me more beautiful years to make you happy, my love,” dagdag pa niya.

Dalawang Hollywood actor, magkasunod na namaalam

Dalawang Hollywood actors ang magkasunod na pumanaw. Ito ay sina Julian McMahon (July 2) at Michael Madsen (July 3).

Nakilala ang 56-year-old Australian actor na si Julian McMahon sa American TV shows na Another World, Profiler, Charmed, Nip/Tuck at FBI: Most Wanted.

Siya ang original na gumanap as Dr. Doom sa Marvel film version ng Fantastic Four (2005) and Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007).

Pumanaw ang aktor sa Clearwater, Florida after a private battle with cancer.

Si Michael Madsen naman ay naging paboritong aktor ng Oscar-winning film director na si Quentin Tarantino. Ginawa nila ang mga pelikulang Reservoir Dogs, Kill Bill: Vol. 1 & 2, The Hateful Eight and Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.

The 67-year-old Chicago-born actor was found unresponsive sa kanyang Malibu home dahil sa cardiac arrest.
