“Welcome back to the ‘80s!” na nga sabi ni Lotlot.
“It’s always a blessing to have project, but it’s double blessing if you’re working with the right people and kung maganda ‘yung outcome ng project.
“When this was presented to me and I heard about the story, I said why not. And they said Mon is going to be there, I said, why not. And it’s been 20 years this year, since we’ve done together on screen. So, bakit hindi na lang natin iisa.
“So, it’s so nice to work with all these young actors, and our production, our director, mas sobrang nakalatag lahat ‘yung plano nila. Ang ganda ng lahat. Smooth sailing ang lahat, and I think mas today, correct me if I’m wrong, mas na-inspire tayong lahat after we saw this beautiful trailer that was presented to you today,” pahayag ni Lotlot sa nakaraang mediacon ng The Write One.
“Everything was smooth. And prior to this project naman, because we have four children between us. But we never had a problem. So, this is actually a blessing.
Ibang klase ng pelikula naman itong handog ni direk Jun Lana sa entry niyang About Us But Not About Us sa Summer Metro Manila Film Festival.
Ani Romnick, “It’s a clarification of truth. May katotohanang bitbit ‘yung istorya e, and it talks about people in general, and how we project ourselves in general, and how easy for us to forget na there are times when we project one thing, do another and to expect people to see something else.
“It’s the duplicity or the dichotomy of the things that we do in sane na napakaklaro ng pagkakuwento sa istorya.
Ramdam na ramdam n’yo po ‘yun, before we even started breaking, and in-explain niya kung gaano ka-personal ‘to and how these characters are himself talaga.
“While we were making it, may immense pressure for us to deliver on that, kasi nga we know how personal it is. But at the same time, he couldn’t have been more helpful ang collaborative to achieve that goal.
“So, aside from natutunan ko personally sa craft, acting, marami akong natutunan about people in general, kasi napaka-honest po talaga ng pelikulang ito,” saad ni Elijah Canlas.
