Liza at Enrique, may nilulutong pagsasamahan
Guess kung ano ang unang inasikaso nina Liza Soberano at Enrique Gil, right after their arrival from Canada, where they had a personal appearance commitment?
Well, ang magkaroon ng private screening ang kanilang kasalukuyang kumikitang blockbuster movie, Everyday I Love You, as they promised their solid fans and followers.
For their next project, we heard that they will again team up in a series, na inaasahang magiging as successful as their first major series together, Forevermore.
Gerald, Sam, James, at Tom, maraming pagkakapareha
Guess what, Salve A., four of our most desired hunks in showbiz, Gerald Anderson, Sam Milby, James Reid, and Tom Rodriguez have in common?
Well, all four of them, aside na they all swear, “freelancers” sila when it comes to love, although, of course, ani Tom, exclusively dating sila ni Carla Abellana, ay‘‘graduates’’ ng Pinoy Big Brother (PBB). Kaya, naranasan nilang apat na maging boarder ni Kuya.
They all came from abroad, too, when they joined the PBB.
Gerald, for once, was only in vacation in GenSan City to pay his Mom a visit, when talent manager Jun Reyes convinced him to join the PBB.
“Nag-aaral siya sa Maryland, USA,” kuwento ni Jun minsan.
“Hiwalay ang kanyang parents. American ang ama ni Gerald. Pinay ang kanyang ina.”
On vacation lang din si Sam from the U.S., when Erick Raymundo’s men in his ten advertising agency offered him (Sam) a chance to become a commercial model.
Idea rin ni Erick na iengganyong pumasok si Sam sa PBB. Si Sam ang nagsilbing inspirasyon ni Erick to put up the talent agency, Cornerstone, where he (Erick) now has, more or less, 40 talents.
James grew up in Australia. Pero, sa isang city in the Visayas siya nagbabakasyon when he joined the PBB.
Tom grew up in Catbalogan, Samar, where he was born and studied for his elementary grades.
Then, he joined his parents, when they migrated in the U.S.
No need to tell you na at their busiest din silang apat.
Gerald is in the cast of the currently showing Everyday I Love You, which co-stars him with the ‘love team of Liza Soberano and Enrique Gil.
Sam is in the series, Doble Kara, as one of the Julia Montes leading men.
He has another upcoming series, Written In The Stars, co-starring him naman with Piolo Pascual, Toni Gonzaga, at Jolina Magdangal.
And there’s of course, Sam’s upcoming concert at the Kia Theater Araneta Center on November 28.
Bukod sa may bagong commercial si James, kasama si Nadine Lustre for a fast food chain, patuloy na nagte-trending at nag-e-earn ng high rating ang series nila ni Nadine, On The Wings of Love.
As in the case of Tom, a series is currently being prepared for him by GMA 7.
Magdyowang sina Direk Dan at Antoinette, galit-galit muna sa MMFF 2015
If in the 2014 Metro Manila Filmfest (MMFF), sweethearts in real-life director Dan Villegas and scriptwriter-turned director for TV and movie, Antoinette Jadaone collaborated para sa pelikulang English Only, Please, Direk Dan as director and Direk Antoniette as scriptwriter, in this year’s MMFF, they will be competing, Yes, bilang mga directors.
They both have film entries this year, Quantum Films producer, lawyer Jojo Alonzo, together with MJM Production, Inc. and Tuko Films, has again tapped Direk Dan to be at the helm of her entry, Walang Forever.
Walang Forever stars are Jennylyn Mercado, who was also the leading lady of Derek Ramsay in English Only, Please. Sa Walang Forever, however, bago ang leading man ni Jennylyn, si Jericho Rosales.
Derek, on the other hand, ay leading man naman ni Kris Aquino sa MMFF entry ng Star Cinema, All You Need Is Pag-ibig, na idi-direk ni Direk Antoinette.
Direk Antoinette is also the director ng high rating series na On The Wings of Love, which James Reid at Nadine Lustre topbill.
Dan, on the other hand, is an award-winning cinematographer before siya nag-venture sa movie directing.
