Xian Lim has proven his effectivity as performer sa pelikula at television.

To date, as an actor, he is associated with two box office hits, Bakit Di Ka Crush ng Crush Mo at Bride for Rent, where he both have Kim Chiu bilang leading lady.

Si Kim din of course, ang ka-team niya sa dalawang successful series niyang, Ina, Kapatid, Anak at My Binondo Girl.

In the recording scene, though, lalo na as a composer, ngayon lang maibabahagi ni Xian lalo na sa mga music lovers, ang kanyang kakaibang talent dito.

No wonder na excited siya with the current release of his new album for Star Records, titled XL2, where three of his original compositions are featured: Alay Ko Sa ’Yo, Iibigin at Kung ‘Di Sa Iyo.

Kung ‘Di Sa Iyo might as well be his song for Kim, na ginawa itong theme song ng Ina, Kapatid, Anak, na pinagsamahan nilang dalawa, together with Maja Salvador.

Ilan pa sa tracks included in XL2 are ‘Di Bale, Keep In Mind, Ikaw Na, Bakit Hindi Ka Crush Ng Crush Mo at ang carrier single, ‘Pag May Time.

Proud siya na nabigyan niya ng kakaibang sigla at interpretation ang awiting Si Aida, si Lorna, o si Fe, popularized by music icon Marco Sison in the 80s.
