Panaguiton, 2 others top ABC monthly

MANILA, Philippines - Eugene Panaguiton, Toto Abear and Edna Beltran dished out big games to top their respective divisions in the Architects Bowling Club’s monthly championships at the E Lanes Center in Greenhills last week.

Panaguiton rolled a 1175 to nip Ronnie Javier (1172) and Buddy Segui (1167) for the Group 1 crown while Abear scored a 1068 to beat Bibs Luzande (1052) and Joan Mendoza (1051) for the Group 2 title in the weekly event sponsored by Boysen and Nation Paints.

Beltran, on the other hand, took the Group 3 plum with a 974, besting Michael Macasieb of Boysen Paints, who had a 949, and Greg Mare, who scored rolled a 915.

Action in the event, backed by Boysen Philippines, Boysen Acrytex/Knoxout/Healthy Homes/Wallguard, American Wires, Philflex, Crown Pipes, Glass Asia, Duraflex TW/THHN Wires, Philflex Cables, Emerald Pipes, Concrete Ventures, Consnet Builders, Morning Sun, WeKonstruct, Miraga Trading, Coach Furnitures, Moldex Pipes, Steeltech, Goldbridge Neighborhood Dental, E.S.Vidal Builders, PNS Advanced Steel Tech, Romari Constructions, DN Steel and Matson Builders, resumes at 7 tonight with the holding of Double events, also at E Lanes.
