MANILA, Philippines — “We welcome the latest US News and World Report 2019 Best Countries Ranking which puts the Philippines at Number 50, drawn from a survey of more than 21,000 global citizens.”
Ito ang inihayag ni Presidential spokesperson Salvador Panelo na ang pinagbabasehan ang rank ng mga bansa ay batay sa adventure, citizenship, cultural influence, entrepreneurship, heritage, movers, open for business, power at quality of life.
Ayon kay Sec. Panelo, mataas ang nakuha ng Pilipinas sa adventure kung saan ay rank 22, open for business ay Rank 26, at quality of life ay Rank 27 kung saan lumitaw na magandang market sa negosyo, investment at turismo.
“The Duterte administration continuously breaks ground to nurture the country’s business climate and drive investor confidence to a higher level by cleansing the government of corrupt officials, streamlining the delivery of frontline services, among others,” dagdag pa ni Panelo.
