Siklab Awards idaraos sa Market! Market!

MANILA, Philippines — Magniningning ang gabi dahil gagawaran ng parangal ang pinakamahuhusay na bagitong atleta sa bansa sa 3rd Siklab Youth Sports Awards nga­yong araw sa Market! Market! Activity Center sa Taguig City.

Bibigyang-pugay ang 58 kabataang atleta mula sa 33 sports sa gala awards na inorganisa ng Philippine Sports Commission-Philippine Olympic Committee (PSC-POC) Media Group.

Nangunguna sa listahan sina tennis star Alex Eala, World Combat Games champion Alyssa Kylie Mallari ng muay thai, weightlifting world youth champion Prince Keil Delos Santos, gymnast Karl Eldrew Yulo na Asian championship junior silver medalist, at Southeast Asian Games gold medalists Kira Ellis at Matthew Hermosa.

Tatanggapin ng mga ito ang Go for Gold Siklab Young Heroes awards kasama sina Southeast Asian Games silver me­dalist Gennah Malapit ng athletics, boxer Ronel Suyom, golfer Rianne Malixi, gymnasts Charlie Manzano at Breanna Labadan, jiu-jitsu’s Santino Luzuriaga at Bianca Bustamante ng motor sports.

Mas lalo pang kikislap ang gabi dahil ibibigay kay Asian pole vault king Ernest John “EJ” Obiena ang “Sports Idol” award.

Pararangalan din ng Siklab Awards ang Youth Football League at Davao Aguilas Football Club na suportado ni Quezon City 1st District Rep. Juan Carlos “Arjo” Atayde.

Ibibigay naman ang Para Youth Star plum kay Asean Para Games double gold medalist Ariel Alegarbes.

Kikilalanin naman si Sports patron Sen. Bong Go bilang Godfather Awardee sa event na suportado ng MVP Sports Foundation, Smart/PLDT, CEL Logistics, JC, NLEX, Pacquiao 3-in-1 Coffee, Blue Hydra, Giligan’s at QC third district councilor Dok G Lumbad.
