Ang mansanas, peanut butter, at crackers ay sinasabing pinakamainam na snack o meryenda para sa mga buntis. Ipapalaman lamang ang peanut butter sa apple o crackers. Kailangan lang na pumili ng natural na peanut butter sa halip na regular na peanut butter. Dahil ang ibang peanut butter ay hindi healthy na sobra sa hydrogenated oil.
