Ang pagkakasabay-sabay nilang magka-COVID-19 somehow did them a favor, though. They were quarantined in one place.
Which was the reason why, lalo’t siya, hindi na pumayag magpaospital, although ito sana ang advice sa kanya ng kanilang attending physician.
It was prayers from relatives, friends at mga kakilala, feeling ni Cris, which ended his and his family’s anxiety.
Ganunpaman, ang advice niya to everyone, to avoid the virus, stay put lamang sa bahay, kung hindi lang ultra important ang dahilan, para, kumbaga, umalis.
In fairness kay Cris, he was looking good when he attended the virtual presscon ng Maalaala Mo Kaya (MMK) kahapon, kasama si Maris Racal and their director, James Pobocan, for a Father’s Day episode, scheduled June 12 and 19. “It’s about a father na 20 years later nang magkita sila ng kanyang anak (performed by Maris). At heto ang masakit, afflicted siya with HIV (human immunodeficiency virus). In any case, to his death, inalagaan siya ng kanyang anak,” susog ni Cris.
Kim at Pepe, sanay na sa isa’t isa
Also a Father’s Day presentation sa MMK, schedule June 5, Saturday, is the Kim Molina-Pepe Herrera starrer, the romantic comedy, 14 Years of Love.
Pero, dito sa episode ng 14 Years of Love, una silang magtatambal for a show na ipapalabas sa TV.
Busy as a bee si Kim, who is also the bida, opposite her real-life sweetheart, Jerald Napoles, in the soon to be released Vivamax movie, Ang Babaeng Walang Pakiramdam, directed by Darryl Yap.
Ruby is a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration graduate from the University of the Philippines. Ruby opted not to practice her profession when showbiz beckoned.
In Owe My Love, Ruby played the mother ni Lovi Poe, who co-stars in the series, too, with Benjamin Alves, Ryan Eigenmann, Jackie Lou Blanco, Winwyn Marquez and AiAi delas Alas, among others.
