Lagot...

“You grant FaceApp a perpetual, irrevocable, nonexclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, fully-paid, transferable sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform and display your User Content and any name, username or likeness provided in connection with your User Content in all media formats and channels now known or later developed, without compensation to you,” ayon sa article ng www.independent.co.uk na nakasaad daw sa terms ng nasabing app.

Kabilang sa mga artista nating nakita kong nagpatanda ay sina Coco Martin,  Maja Salvador and her BF, JM de Guzman, Jolina Magdangal, Karla Estrada and Melai Cantiveros (Magandang Buhay), JC de Vera, Maris at marami pang iba.

Usung-uso kasi ang nasabing app. Parang lahat gustong tumanda.

“The FDCP is refraining from releasing any further statements at this time in relation to the reports of a case being filed against the Agency by the Cinema Exhibitors Association of The Philippines until we get the official summons from the court and review the case.

“What we maintain is that the Agency’s release of FDCP Memorandum Circular 2019-01 (Policies and Guidelines on the Theatrical Release of Films in Philippine Cinemas) is line with our objective to address the existing gaps as presented by all sectors of the industry involved in the theatrical distribution of films and to create clear, balanced, and transparent guidelines beneficial to its stakeholders.

“We will plan for a course of action once we have received the official documents.

“Meanwhile, we are continuing to work with our stakeholders for our programs for the local film industry.”
