‘Takot Ako, E’ Matet minumulto na kahit nu’ng bata pa

Do you know that among the actresses of her generation, si Matet de Leon ang so far, may pinakamaraming horror movies na ginawa?

Well, bukod sa Halimaw sa Banga, which she starred in 1986, she did, too, the following horror flicks, Takbo, Bilis, Takbo, Pagpag, Siyam na Buhay, Hellphone, Dalaw, at Shake, Rattle and Roll VI.

Speaking of Halimaw… Matet’s dialogue in the movie, Takot Ako, is what inspired a producer na gumawa ng pelikula of same title, adding to Takot Ako, the letter E.

Hence, the title Takot Ako, E., where Matet played the lead role.

It was while doing Takot Ako, E., Matet recalled, na naka-experience siya ng something frightening, which, to date, she said, still gives her goose pimples.

It was while preparing a scene raw for the movie, when she and her two companions ay nakaramdam na may nag-join sa kanila. Pero, ‘di nila ito nakikita.

Later nila ito napag-usapan ng mga kasamahan.

Ryzza Mae lumaking hindi kapiling ang ama

Sa kanyang kwarto na pink ang kulay, Ryzza Mae Dizon has a big framed photo collage prepared by her dad.

As we all know, hiwalay na ang parents ni Ryzza. May kanya-kanya na ring pamilya ang mga ito. In fact, wala pang one year old ang bunsong kapatid ni Ryzza sa kanyang Mommy at bagong asawa nito.

At 10 years old, busy as a bee pa rin si Ryzza, since bukod sa pagiging regular host ng noontime program na Eat Bulaga, she also plays the title role in The Ryzza Mae Show Presents… Princess in the Palace, which also stars Eula Valdez.

Tessie gustong makatapos ng elementary

Nice to know na back in showbiz si Tessie Tomas, whom we’ve not seen or heard of for the last few years. She was in England pala kasama ang mister na Roger Pullin, a British marine biologist.

Well, Tessie top bills the movie, Old Skool where she plays a 69-year-old grandmother, na naghahangad pang ipagpatuloy ang kanyang pag-aaral.

Directed by Tessie’s niece, Cia Hermosa-Jorge, Old Skool also stars Angel Aquino at Buboy Villar.

LizQuen at Gerald, namutiktik ng ‘hugot’ lines

Guess, Salve A., how much Star Cinema’s currently showing movie, Everyday I Love You, grossed when it opened Wednesday, October 28, in theaters nationwide?

Napili na finally ang apat na finalists in this year’s Pinoy Big Brother (PBB) 737 edition. Sila’y sina Dawn, Tommy, Miho, at Roger.

I we’re a judge, kumbaga. Actually Salve A., ang mananalo depends on the number of text votes na kanilang makukuha from the audience.

Well, let’s wish all of them good luck.
