Bachmann itinalagang UAAP commissioner

MANILA, Philippines — Magsisilbing commissioner ni Dickie Bachmann sa University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP) Season 85 basketball at volleyball tournaments.

Hindi naman na bago si Bachmann sa UAAP.

Nagtapos ito sa De La Salle University ng B­achelor of Science degree in Commerce, Major in Business Management habang nakapaglaro rin ito kasama ang Green Archers sa kanyang collagiate years.

“It’s like going full circle, starting out as a player to an assistant coach then, later on, team manager and team governor and now to a commissioner, I’m really blessed and grateful for this opportunity. And the UAAP was the place it all started for me, that’s what excites me the most,” ani Bachmann.

Sa season na ito, magiging commissioner si Bachmann ng basketball at volleyball base na rin sa desisyon ng season host Adamson University.

Inaprubahan ng UAAP Board of Managing Directors (BMD) ang naturang plano ng Adamson.

Ayon kay  UAAP Season 85 President Fr. Aldrin Suan, CM., napili ang commissioner base sa mga nominees na isinumite sa search committee ng UAAP.

Matapos ang deliberas­yon, napagdesisyunan na piliin si Bachmann dahil sa malalim nitong karanasan.

Magiging commissioner si Bachmann hindi lamang sa Season 85 maging sa Season 86.
