PSL sinuspinde na ang mga laro
MANILA, Philippines — Ipinagpaliban muna ng Philippine Superliga ang pagpapatuloy ng 2020 Grand Prix dahil sa deklarasyon ng gobyerno na “Code Red Sub-Level 2′ dahil sa Covid-19.
Bunga ng nasabing lockdown sa buong Metro Manila sa loob ng 30 araw mula Marso 13 hanggang Abril 12, kaya hindi pa tiyak kung kailan ipagpapatuloy ang mga laro ng PSL.
“All PSL matches scheduled from March 14, 2020, until April 12, 2020, are hereby suspended and postponed,” pahayag ng PSL management.
Dahil sa pagka-antala ng mga laro sa loob ng 30 araw, magkakaroon umano ng pagbabago sa match pairings at competition format para matapos pa rin ang import-laden conference sa Hunyo 23.
“Matches may resume 7-10 days after April 12, 2020. This is to give time to all the teams to re-group and prepare for their games. Considering the technical impact of the 30-day period, match pairings and competition format may be changed or modified to ensure that the Grand Prix Conference will be finished on or before June 23, 2020,” aniya.
