PSL sa Bicol Region naman tutuklas ng talento
MANILA, Philippines – Mga tankers mula Bicol Region ang susuyurin ng Philippine Swimming League (PSL) sa gagawing PSL National Series-El Presidente Swim Cup sa Mariner’s Polytechnic Colleges Foundation Pool sa Legazpi City sa Sabado.
Ang torneo ay magsisilbing tryout para sa international competitions kabilang na ang 2017 Summer World University Games na gaganapin sa Taipei, Taiwan gayundin sa 2015 Royal Bangkok Swim Meet, 2016 Phuket Invitational Swimming Championship at 2016 Indian Ocean All Star Challenge sa Perth, Australia.
“The El Presidente Swim Cup is a yearly traditional competition in honor of the founder and president of the Philippine Swimming League, Susan Papa. The beauty of Mayon Volcano captivated the heart of coach Susan Papa making it her second home,” ani PSL Secretary General Maria Susan Benasa.
Bibigyan ng medalya ang tatlong mangunguna sa bawat age band habang nakaabang naman ang tropeo para sa tatanghaling Most Outstanding Swimmer sa bawat dibisyon.
Ang mga swimmers na aabot sa Class A qualifying mark para sa Summer World University Games ay awtomatikong mabibigyan ng all-expense paid trip para sa naturang torneo.
Hinirang ang PSL na overall champion sa 2015 Singapore Invitational Swimming Championship.
