2nd 'Run for Venus' gitakda sa Hulyo 20
CEBU, Philippines - Ang Saint Theresa's College (STC) Batch '89 mopasiugda sa ilang ikaduhang edisyon sa Run with Venus nga uloha'g "Wellness with Venus" sa Hulyo 20 diha sa The Terraces sa Ayala Center-Cebu.
Dul-an sa 2,000 ka mga runners ang gipaabot nga mosalmot sa maong lumba nga gibuak ngadto sa 3K, 6K ug 12K categories.
Gawas sa kompetisyon, laing tumong sa lumba mao ang pagtigom og hinabang alang sa mga kabus nga mga Sugbuanon. Ang mga beneficiaries sa Run with Venus mao ang "Gasa sa Gugma" sa Pasil, a Home for the Dying and Destitute, Bonita home for girls ug Champs-children and adults in the multitude of play therapy center.
"The participation of runners will not only help them get healthy but also this will reflect the health and welfare of our beneficiaries," matud pa ni Dr. Marivic Tan, STC Batch '89 president sa press conference kagahapon didto sa Kublai Khan sa Ayala Center-Cebu.
Ang registration fee nagkantidad og P450 sa 12K, P400 sa 6K, P300 sa 3K. Giapil sab sa organizers ang special charity category, ang 1K walk nga nagkantidad og P500. Libre na ang singlet, race bib ug snacks sa registration fee. Mahimong magparehistro didto sa Active Zone sa Ayala, Brick Multisports Store sa Cebu I.T Park ug Velez College.
