Nagsalpak si Sandy Cenal ng apat na free throws at tumipa ng split si Renel Montecillo sa dulo ng fourth quarter para igiya ang Johnedel Cardel-coached Blue Thunder sa 3-1 record.
Nagtala si Paul de la Pena ng 14 points, habang may 13 si Edwin Malimban para sa Blue Thunder.
Ito ang ikalawang sunod na panalo ng RTU matapos talunin ang Philippine School of Business and Arts Jaguars, 68-62, noong Miyerkules sa RTU gymnasium sa Mandaluyong.
Sa naturang panalo ay naglista si Jaguars, Montecillo ng 15 points para sa Blue Thunder na nasa ikatlong puwesto sa torneong suportado ng Mikasa at Molten Balls.
