Dungo pormal na mideklara sa Cebu "Volleyball Capital of the Philippines"

CEBU, Philippines - Pormal na nga gideklara ni Philippine Volleyball Federation (PVF) president Gener M. Dungo   ang Cebu isip "Volleyball Capital of the Philippines" sunod bulan ug maoy mo-host sa World Volleyball Grand Prix sa Agosto sunod tuig.

Si Dungo mitambong sa pormal nga pagbukas sa 7th Governor Gwen Garcia Unity Volleyball (GUV) Cup diha sa Cebu International Convention Center sa Mandaue City.

Sumala pa ni Dungo, nga karong Oktubre 9, ang PVF mohimo sa ilang quarterly board meeting sa Manila diin mo-propose siya og usa ka resolusyon ngadto sa board of administration kalabot sa duha ka importanteng mga butang sa volleyball community dinhi sa nasud.

"This board meeting is very important for us because we will act on the proposed resolutions to our board of administration, for the declaration of the province of Cebu as the “Volleyball Capital of the Philippines” and host for the next World Volleyball Grand Prix in August, 2012 subject to the approval of the FIVB," matud ni Dungo.

"These will surely boost the volleyball development and tourism in our country. I am very positive that my fellow board members will ratify the resolutions," dugang pa niya.
