Rose Sinulog chess tourney gitakda sa Enero 23-25
CEBU, Philippines - Andam na ang tanan alang sa Rose Pharmacy Sinulog Open chess tournament karong Enero 23-25 nga tentatibo diha sa Asian College of Technology (ACT).
Ang kompetisyon gibahin sa tulo ka dibisyon -- open, women ug kiddies.
"Actually this will be the second major tournament in Cebu that adopted the World Chess Cup system of pairings," matud pa ni Roger Abella, kinsa maoy mopadagan sa duwa uban ni international artiber Marvin Ruelan.
"The venue is still being worked out. Most probably it would be at ACT, which hosted a lot of big chess tournaments last year," nagkanayon si Abella.
Gawas sa mga tropeyo, ang kampiyon sa open division makadawat og P14,000, samtang ang first runner-up makaangkon og P6,000.
Ang kampiyon sa women's ug kiddies division makaangkon og P1,500 matag usa, samtang ang second placers mobulsa og P1,000.
