Indonesia, Vietnam i-inspeksiyunin din ang mga venues para sa SEA Games

Matapos ang grupo ng Thailand, ang mga tropa naman ng Indonesia at Vietnam ang bibisita sa Pilipinas para magsagawa ng inspeksyon sa mga venues na gagamitin sa 23rd Southeast Asian Games.

Sinabi kahapon ni Richie Garcia, chairman ng Sports Operations ng Philippine SEA Games Organizing Committee (PHILSOC), na tinawagan na siya ng mga opisyales ng Indonesia at Vietnam.

"I think Indonesia is coming next and I received a call from Vietnam," ani Garcia. "They are going to have their occular inspection together na doon sa meeting ng mga chef de mission on the last week of the month."

Kamakailan ay nagsagawa ang isang 20-man delegation ng Thailand ng inspeksyon sa mga venues sa Metro Manila, Cebu City, Bacolod City at Subic.

"Iikot din ang mga Indonesians at Vietnamese sa mga venues natin sa Subic, Bacolod and Cebu. Vietnam is also telling me that they want to see the football field in Marikina and ULTRA," wika ni Garcia.

Inireklamo ng Thailand ang hindi pa natatapos na football field sa Marikina Sports Complex na siyang pagdarausan ng women’s competition.

Ngunit ayon kay Garcia, binigyan ng Thailand ng passing mark ang mga venues na gagamitin para sa 2005 SEA Games.
