PSC nakatutok sa Vietnam SEA Games

-

"It’s a matter of placing priorities in order. And, of course, the SEA Games is our top priority this year." ani Buhain. " We will feel the pinch of the budget cut, of course, but we will not let our programs to be hobbled by fund shortage. We try to save in other areas to supplement other priority requirements."
