Nakibahagi rin sa pagdiriwang sina PSC Commissioners Amparo "Weena" Lim, William "Butch" Ramirez, Ricardo Garcia at Leonardo Celles.
Nagkaroon ng service awards sa mga permanent employees ng PSC na nagsilbi sa Komisyon ng sampung taon at sa mga contractual employees na nagsilbi sa ahensya ng limang taon.
Nagkaroon ng torch relay na pinangunahan ni Commissioner Celles, Olympian Mona Sulaiman at South East Asian Games veteran Edna Carpio.
Sinundan naman ito ng Mini-Olympics at Fun Games.
Magkakaroon din ng exhibition games sa volleyball, basketball, badminton at bowling para sa isang linggong sports fest.
