Naging maganda ang panimula ng Western Mindanao State University Lady Soccarettes nang kanilang gapiin ang paboritong Ateneo de Zamboanga City U, 3-0 noong nakaraang Linggo upang harapin ang opening day winners sa first Philippine Retirement Authority Members Association Foundation, Inc.,-United Nations Information Center (PRAMA-UNIC) Football for Peace Ladies Open division sa Sta. Maria Central School football field, Zamboanga City.

Bunga ng pagliban ng multi-titled Davao PTA women hotshots, mahigpit na paborito ang WSU Lady Shinbusters nang agad na kumana ng tatlong markers sa first period ng hindi man lamang nila binigyan ng pagkakataon ang Ateneo goalie na makaporma.

Humataw ng isang goal si Michael Lladones sa 53rd minute upang dalhin ang Agriculture Football Club sa 1-0 panalo kontra Ateneo de Zamboanga City
