The Philippines and China have committed to strengthen the fight against transnational crimes as the Marcos administration sustains its campaign to dismantle illegal offshore gambling hubs in the country.

Seven suspected members of a human trafficking ring said to be organized by Chinese and Russian crime groups were arrested in Quezon City and Parañaque, the National Bureau of Investigation reported on Monday.
