MANILA, Philippines — President Rodrigo Duterte on Friday, expressed his opposition to same-sex unions, reversing anew his statement made on the campaign trail.

Speaking to the Filipinos in Bahrain on April 14, Duterte suggested that there is no need to tinker with marriage laws in the Philippines to allow homosexual unions.
