Rotarians turn over motorized boats in Capiz

MANILA, Philippines - Manila Rotary Club, the first Rotary Club in Asia, recently teamed up with Gov Kai of Rotary Japan to turn over motorized wooden boats to fisherfolk of Sapian, Capiz (upper photo) through city mayor Arthur John Binas (lower photo, fifth from left).
