MANILA, Philippines - The award-winning culinary team of Marriott Manila brought the kitchen to the community in partnership with the Philippine National Red Cross. For five years under the leadership of Executive Chef Meik Brammer, the kitchen department has continuously organized several feeding programs to support the community. The team is deeply rooted with Marriott’s core value, Spirit to Serve. Banquet Chef Francisco Santiago headed a team of ten chefs and nine stewards prepared a bountiful feast for 500 children and elderly of Barangay 178 Pasay. Volunteer associates from different hotel departments also extended their assistance for this initiative. Other activities include magic show, games, face painting glitter tattoo.
